Agility Ladder on incline/decline

Postby Cubanpuckstopper » Mon Dec 24, 2012 5:10 pm

I came across this on the Livestrong site.

The article is targeted for skiers, but I am thinking that if I use an agility ladder on an incline, it will result in an overload, calling for more power to be used, on a series of jumps as an example.

And the ladder on a decline, will require better stopping/balance/control on those routines requiring a stop and/or change of direction.

I should also be able to apply this to lateral movements through a ladder.
