The first drill looks very much like some of the video clips of drills that Jukka has posted.
The second drill is a bad angle drill, something that I don't believe is worked on enough in practice.

Dave Hutchinson's comment was that, "there is very little verbal communication, so this must be a well rehearsed drill."
