Functional Workout from DEL's Adler Hannheim

Postby Cubanpuckstopper » Tue Jul 22, 2014 6:54 pm

A four minute video from the DEL's Adler Manheim.

Lots of BOSU work, some with battle ropes, and balls. Does anyone see value is using battle ropes for goalies?
TRX work is also included.

I see battle ropes as a pure conditioning tool (core and upper body) with no specific ties to any goalie movements. If anything, it might help strengthen your arms and delts helping make your stick feel much lighter when in practice/game action.
