GoaliePro Mentorship Program Review

Postby MTNGoalie » Mon Jul 02, 2012 2:06 pm

This past June I had the opportunity of a lifetime to go to Finland to work with renowned goalie coach Jukka Ropponen and the GoaliePro goaltending company.

After a hectic last few weeks I have finally finished my written review of this AWESOME experience.

Since the review is lengthy, or as Jukka says it "Looks good and very thorough" I have provided the link to the review here: http://mtngoaltending.wordpress.com/2012/07/01/goaliepro-mentorship-program-review/

Because of the experience Mind The Net Goaltending can proudly say we are now officially working in cooperation with GoaliePro, Finland.

This is truly a great cultural and goaltending experience I would recommend to anyone who wants to broaden their perspective as a coach.

Absent from you review is reference to the dryland routines I see so many Finns execute. One of the biggest contrasts I discovered between Finland and North America, is that the Finns "embrace" dryland, where we "accept" dryland.
