Bryzgalov Trailing Glove

Postby Cubanpuckstopper » Thu Apr 19, 2012 4:53 pm

The goaltending in the Philadelphia Pittsburgh Stanley Cup Quarterfinal series has gained a lot of attention.

Even Pierre McGuire said it took Ilya Bryzgalov a long time to get across the crease. Pierre did not offer any solutions though.

From this video of the fifth goal against, watch the catching glove act like an anchor as it moves behind the plane of the body

What we don't know is if there some type of injury causing this lack of form.
