I will arrive in Rochester Friday for the 10th annual Rochester Goalie Clinic to be held at the Skating Institute of Rochester

Updated for our 11th year.

I am just settling in at the workplace after a great summer tradition in Rochester, three days of excellent instruction from Yona and his staff.

Highlights from this year were
-11.5 hours of ice.
- 6 stations
- lots of focus on footwork/movement
- excellent shooters from McQuaid Jesuit College Prep hockey team
- great camaraderie

I was at the other end of the rink getting eliminated when this was shot. A local Rochester goalie took the title this year.

Now in its 12th year, held on July 26th - 28th.

I am two weeks late getting these posted (too many vacationers at the work place to catch on goalie postings).

Even with many new instructors, new shooters, and new participants, this was a success.

We even added some dryland this season
