People comment to me how calm Finnish goalies look in goal, the calm approach is the central theme of the interview.

I don't think it's a matter of being calm rather than having a style where extra hassle or extra movements are not needed. Also if you are at the right spot at the right time it looks like you are not in a hurry thus people may translate that as playing calm.
