video work: Befor and after views

This is something very powerful we have been working on for some time. Basically what it is that when we start our summer ice sessions we shoot video on all goalies and the biggest issues we have to work during the summer technically. Then we review all analysis with goalies and give them also the video clips, slo-mo's etc to re-enforce the message.

Then before the goalie leaves to go back to his team when they start workouts we do another shoot and edit videos back-to-back to show them the progress they have made during the summer. This seems to work very well and helps goalies to contienue to develop their weak areas.
