Single Knee Stability Movement

Postby Cubanpuckstopper » Fri Apr 04, 2014 5:38 pm

From Maria Mountain, via InGoal Magazine.

As she describes it, the "piegon flow", (a takeoff of the piegon stretch, which I call the hockey player stretch.

I like to emphasize one legged movements, this is different in that the move is executed on one knee. With the emphasis on today's down game, this might be something goalies want to add to their tool box. It seems like a great way to fire off those balancing muscles before a game.
