In this video you see one of the drills we use for conditioning (fast paced) and also for drilling the lateral movement / butterfly slide (slower pace) with multiple repeats. This example video was taken at the goalie camp and shows the fast pace option.
Before using drills like this you have to make sure your goalies are in the certain level and have proper technique so the drill does not turn into "side-to-side-flopping-contest".
Notice that the goalie has to really push into each movement instead of just "jumping".
