This video clip
shows 2 examples where goalie is using his catch glove when
in the first clip executing butterfly slide and on the second
just coming out.
I have been emphasizing
the importance of keeping your hands out when butterflying
so that you can still use your catch & blocker to control
the puck instead of just blocking it.
