This example shows
goaltender working with his coach on ice with a very hard
recovery, agility & conditioning drill.
Basic concept is
to shoot X number of pucks from about the hashmarks and have
goalie to execute a somersault between each shot and get up
as fast as possible.
I recommend that
you use drills like this only with more advanced goalies.
The example goalie
in this video is 14 years old and like you can see it's not
too easy to get up for a kid in this age especially with new
full adult size pads.
