Jukka Ropponen will be working personally with all mentoring students

Program is based on participation at the annual GoaliePro camp June 6-10 at Espoo, Finland where you will be working together with GoaliePro’ s certified instructors & pro customers and learn our system, philosophy & teaching methods. This summer program will be at Matinkylä ice rink

You will also work with GoaliePro to generate a “white paper” on topic approved by GoaliePro. This will be technique / goalie training related. Work for the paper will start right away and draft needs to be ready before the June camp starts. GoaliePro / Jukka Ropponen will be mentoring and helping you in creation of the paper. Once approved your white paper will be published on GoaliePro.com website

Once you have gone through the program and your approved white paper has been published, you gain the official GoaliePro certification which is valid for 24 months. For that time period you can use certification to promote your services and your connection with GoaliePro. After 24 months you are required to redo your certification in order to continue using GoaliePro certification. This is based on constantly changing methods and making sure coaches using GoaliePro certification are familiar with our latest knowledge. GoaliePro will maintain always up to date list of certified coaches.

Returning mentoring program coaches will be accepted only if they have achieved certification and their approved white papers have been published.

You also need to create a storyboard for the photos and videos that need to be shot for your white paper. Goaliepro will provide professional help and create the materials with you based on the approved storyboard. If you decide to create videos to go with your white paper, we will publish them at our Youtube channel.

During the week you will also have a chance to be on the ice helping with Goaliepro’s pro workout’s while we are working with goalies like Niklas Bäckström (Minnesota), Rasmus Tirronen (Charlotte AHL), Niko Hovinen (Pelicans, Finland) several NCAA div I goalies etc…

Goaliepro will provide you the mentoring, training, Goaliepro’s coaches annual “clothing package”, lunches and Friday night coaches dinner / appreciation event. Your costs to cover are travel and lodging.

Send your application to valmennus(at)goaliepro.com and remember to include your hockey CV, personal information and a description why you want to be part of this program along with proposal for possible white paper topics you would like to work on.
